28 Weeks

So I haven't been posting for very often because I really don't feel like I'm growing bigger very quickly. This is a terrible picture because I feel so dumb taking these pictures so i didn't want Eric to get my head in it but he did. We had my baby shower out here last weekend and it was great! Big thanks to Mary, Melissa and Beth. I'll post some pictures when I can.

25 Weeks

I'm at 25 weeks. I'm wearing the same shirt in all of my baby belly pictures because then the comparison is better. I got really tired of doing my hair every morning for work so I had Melissa cut it all off and I love it. this is one of my favorite pictures of the baby. He looks like he's doing an evil laugh but he's still cute while doing it. So right now not a whole lot is going on with us. Eric just registered for classes and we're working on figuring out where we'll be living for the summer and fall. We had a doctors appointment last week and everything is going well. I'm off my nausea medication because insurance wouldn't cover it and because I started worrying that it was going to have an effect on the baby. The first couple of days were really bad but now I'm doing much better. I'm now able to keep food down all day. But there's still not a ton going on with us. We're just working and not much else.

Ultimate Frisbee

Today Eric got the chance to play some ultimate frisbee in the mud. Some of the officers that we work with get together every Friday to play and they invite the interns to join them. I got to go watch the game and take a ton of pictures for my job in public affairs. It was fun to watch Eric play and he did great! One of the pictures he's running after the frisbee and it looks like it's out of reach but what I didn't get a picture of is that he made a awesome dive and got it!

23 weeks!

So here we are at 23 weeks. I feel like I'm blowing up. Last night I had the worst time trying to sleep! I could not get comfortable, even with the use of all four of my pillows. And because I was up tossing and turning all night so was Eric. So today after we got off work we went on a hunt for a pregnancy pillow and eventually found one! So hopefully tonight I'll sleep a little better. Eric has been keeping busy with church basketball, scouts, and work. He also has a new toy that takes up a good chunk of his attention. For his combination birthday/Valentines day gift he got an iTouch that he loves! The picture was taken with my new super cute camera that was my very late birthday and Valentines Day present. So other than feeling huge and very uncomfortable and knowing that I still have four more months and that it's just going to get worse, there's not much else going on with us here. :)

Baby Boy!

This is my Baby Belly so far. It seemed like I woke up one morning and had a big belly. Anyways last Thursday we had our first doctors appointment with our Washington doctor and we found out that we are having a boy! Eric was so excited and proud of himself for making a boy. We are thrilled and working on picking out a name and deciding what the theme for the baby's room is going to be. We are pretty sure about what the name's going to be but we've decided we're going to keep it to ourselves for awhile. But if anyone had ideas for baby boy room themes please share them!

Health Insurance

We finally got insurance! We got our letter saying we were approved on Friday. I called the doctor's office right when we got home from work and gave them all my information. Now we're just waiting for the office to call us back some time this week to set up an appointment. We're getting so close to finding out what Baby Thing is!

We're back in Washington again! We got out here New Years day after a 16 hour drive. Most of which I was really car sick. Now that we're here we're working on getting Washington Medicaid which is going to take about three weeks. That means it's going to be three weeks and then however long it takes to get a doctors appointment until we get to find out what Baby Thing is. For this semester we are working for the Department of the Navy.
